Who we are

This website, www.prosolve.co.uk, is operated by Prosolve Software Ltd (company number 04777164, registered office 27 St Cuthbert's Street, Bedford MK40 3JG), the data controller for information collected through it. You can contact us at info@prosolve.co.uk or on 01234 838965.

What we collect

When you use our enquiry form, we collect:

your name and email address
your company or organisation and phone number, if you choose to give them
the type of enquiry and your message

To protect the form from abuse, our web server keeps a short-lived, one-way scrambled (hashed) record of the IP address used to submit it. This is deleted automatically, usually within an hour or two, and cannot be used to identify you.

Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers keep standard technical logs of requests (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) for security and troubleshooting. We don't use these to identify visitors.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

Your enquiry is sent to us by email from our UK web hosting provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. If you become a client, we keep the records we need to provide our services and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it does not load content from third-party services.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@prosolve.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

RevUp Blaze

This notice covers this website only. The RevUp Blaze website has its own privacy notice, and member data held in RevUp Blaze on behalf of clubs is covered by each club's own privacy arrangements and its agreement with Prosolve Software.
